Unity & Utility is an operations platform for industrial businesses: inventory, procurement, shipping, logistics, a marketplace, insurance and finance. We provide the software and the introductions — we are not the carrier, the insurer, the lender or the government authority.
Keep your credentials to yourself, give accurate business information, and do not share a login. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Freight rates, insurance premiums and loan instalments shown in the app are indicative until the counterparty confirms them. Cover is subject to the insurer's policy wording; credit is subject to the lender's terms; scheme support is subject to the authority's decision. None of it is advice.
Amounts you pay are collected by Stripe on behalf of the counterparty. Refunds and disputes follow the counterparty's terms.
No unlawful goods, no misrepresenting your business, no scraping, no attempting to reach another tenant's data. We may suspend accounts that do.
We work hard to keep the platform up but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and our liability is limited to the fees you have paid us.
We will tell you in-app when these terms change materially, and your consent is logged with the version and date.
