Card payments run through Stripe hosted checkout for purchase orders, freight, marketplace orders, insurance premiums, loan instalments and shareable payment links. Every payment made or received appears in the payments ledger with a downloadable PDF receipt.

Yes. The workspace is sign-in only and customer data is never publicly listed. You can create an account or use an admin invite code. The only pages viewable without signing in are a shared story or feed post and a payment link.
